New Fane Trail Area offers a dedicated mountain biking trail system located in the Kettle Moraine Forest - Northern Unit, featuring four loops totaling 5.5 miles of moderately challenging trails.
For safety, these bike trails are exclusively for mountain biking, and hiking is not allowed on the bike loops. There are 4 separate loops designated for hikers.
Amenities at the trailhead include a reservable open-air shelter, drinking water, and vault toilets available year-round.
New for the winter season 2024-2025, NFMBA will be machine grooming the mountain bike trails for winter fat biking. Stay tuned for more updates as we prepare for the season!
A state trail pass is required for users age 16 and older.
A Wisconsin State Park System vehicle admission sticker is required on all motor vehicles.
